Eidos Interactive, the publisher of video and computer games with its parent company based in England, has recently announced that there is a new Tomb Raider! Her name is Alison Carroll.

Yes lads, Alison Carroll is the new Lara Croft, The Tomb Raider! She is a 23-year-old gymnast from South London! What?! A gymnast?! That means she’ll have no problem doing those acrobatic stunts that Lara Croft is known for.

Eidos has sought real-life counterparts for its acrobatic archaeologist heroine and they probably found what they’ll looking for in Alison Carroll, who has more than 12 years of gymnastics training and numerous honors representing Great Britain.

Alison Carroll will be traveling the world promoting the latest Tomb Raider game, Underworld. That’s the only unfortunate thing about it. We wont be seeing her on the big screen playing the character of Lara Croft.

That is too bad, with a face and a body like hers, I’m sure lots of gentlemen out there will drool over his sexiness..

Charice Pempengco. Lately, a lot of Filipinos are making a name for themselves on the entertainment scene not just here in the Philippines but for all around the world! The recent I got to tsismis is this Charice Pempengo girl.

I have made a list of Filipino making a buzz globally at the very early days of this blog. I haven’t updated it to include this small girl, but with a very strong voice!

There’s a blog entry on Orchid Lois dot com where it was said that Arnel Pineda (and the rest of the Journey) will be guesting on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. The taping was done last May 25, 2008 as stated and will be airing tomorrow night (MNL time).

Ever heard of this Arlo Gilbert character? Everybody’s saying that Arlo is one heck of a surfer man! Cool! Arlo Gilbert is like the Lord of the Waves! The tamer of the sea man! Cool! Cool Dude this Arlo Gilbert is!

Arlo also has this cool surf board chain of store dude, where you can actually design your on board and Mr. Gilbert will create it for you right on the spot man! That’s awesome man! Far out!

Though I haven’t met this Arlo Gilbert character, I like him already! Even the name is great, have you noticed? Arlo Gilbert. Its like a both-side-up shirt. :), whichever name comes first, fits! Arlo Gilbert? Sure! Gilbert Arlo? Better in fact!

I wonder what’s he look like.. is he the chic magnet or a gay’s fancy? Whoever this Arlo Gilbert dude is, he’s the man of the year for us surfers man! Rock on!…. errr.. I mean, surf’s up!
