I just saw the 6th episode of Season 1 of My Own Worst Enemy.. This is their Thanksgiving special… since it’s thanksgiving season anyway, it makes sense.. I haven’t seen Heroes’ special yet (part of 1 of Eclipse, i read). But it’s probably all about THanksgiving too.. just like My Own Worst Enemy.

More than a hundred people are reportedly died on one of the worst terror attack in Mumbai India  last night. This may sound like a news blog because this is really news!

Coordinated terrorist attacks struck the heart of Mumbai, India’s commercial capital, on Wednesday night, killing dozens in machine-gun and grenade assaults on at least two five-star hotels, the city’s largest train station, a movie theater and a hospital. Left, a man injured in one of the attacks.

Mumbai is one of India’s most busiest city.. ALthough there are some well knows cities.

Do you know who Castiel is? Or to be more specific, who Angel Castiel is? Well, if you do a quick googel search, you will know that Castiel is the new character in the super hit TV series “Supernatural“.

I was quite sadden when I found out that there is no Angel Castiel in “real life”.. meaning there’s no real Angel Castiel in books and in any church books… It’s just a character in a TV series… I thought Castiel is like Samhain, lord of the Dead character which is really a character (you may want to check Supernatural’s Halloween episode).

Angel Castiel is played by Misha Collins. You might know him from the movie Karla and Girl Interrupted.

Anyway, Castiel is An angel of Thursday according to “Angel of the Day” website.

Check out Wordpress new post about their new version… (and cool tagline too, i may add).

Wordpress 2.7 is looking really “HAWT” indeed! Tons of new, cool and pretty useful features are embedded within the dashboard itself… Meaning, you can do lots of things from the comfort of your own dashboard..

Here’s a couple of things that the video showed that Wordpress 2.7 can do:

• New menu system- expand/collapse sections
• Drag and drop on Dashboard
• Hiding Dashboard modules
• Comment moderation on Dashboard
• The new color scheme

More thatn 2 million homeowners may face foreclosure over the next couple of years (this is according to some squidoo page I read). It says that many borrowers are stuck in these toxic adjustable rate mortgages and they cannot refinance out of them as their payments are going through the roof.

This is where load modification kicks in and my just probably save your ass, errr.. day.

A Loan Modification is a permanent change in one or more of the terms of a mortgagor’s loan, allows the loan to be reinstated, and results in a payment the mortgagor can afford.

In a nutshell, as if it will get much clearer that the loan modification definition above, loan modification simply means that the mortgage and exisiting loan are modified and a compromise will be met between the lender and the lendee to make, like I said the current loan more affordable.

This loan modification scheme has just recently getting some lime light in the United States when a certain bill/law about it was passed, the H.R. 5579: Emergency Mortgage Loan Modification Act of 2008.

Under the loan modification bill, This bill was considered in committee which has recommended it be considered by the House as a whole. Although it has been placed on a calendar of business, the order in which bills are considered and voted on is determined by the majority party leadership. Keep in mind that sometimes the text of one bill is incorporated into another bill, and in those cases the original bill, as it would appear here, would seem to be abandoned. There still hope if you don’t want to pay for royalty.. You can search for your photo on Google’s images and photobucket and other flickr and other stuff…. (of course, if you’re site is not that popular you can use that.. no one will probably chase after you for it)
